Jann Arden Opens Up About Personal Struggles

Jann Arden opens up about her struggles with anxiety and alcohol in a Songs & Stories special.

“I had two choices: either row this boat further out to sea and just abandon myself and feel sorry for myself, or make my way back to shore and look after my physical body,” the Canadian singer said. “That’s what came first.”

Arden sat down with Marci Ien for the conversation, in which she also talks about her father’s dementia and her mother’s battle with Alzheimer’s disease.
