Justin Bieber had a confrontation with a paparazzo this week — but it was calm and cool.
On Monday, the Canadian singer spotted a photographer who had been at the scene of an incident on July 26 in which Bieber accidentally struck a photographer with his vehicle.
Calling him over, Bieber wanted to know why the man had freaked out.
“You were yelling such profanity and it was really, really mean,” Bieber said.
“Next time rather than saying such profanity and mean stuff just try to help the situation.”
The paparazzo, from the X17 agency, admitted he was emotional because the victim was his friend.
“Next time just focus on him,” Bieber said.
The back-and-forth ended with the photographer telling the pop star that he is a big fan and commending him for proving that he is not a “one-hit wonder.”
Biebs replied: “I appreciate that. Thank you so much.”
