Katy Perry is being sued by a woman who claims her toe went squish squish on the pop star’s stage.
Christina Fish, who worked as a stagehand on Perry’s Prismatic tour, claims the injury occurred when she was asked to move a wall at the PNC Arena in Raleigh, North Carolina on June 22, 2014.
The wall got stuck and then rolled over her right foot. She said her shoe filled with blood.
Fish alleges no one called paramedics and that she was only given ice for her injury. A friend eventually took her to hospital.
One of her toes became gangrenous and had to be amputated. Fish claims she was forced to stay off her foot for several months and suffered emotional distress.
Seeking unspecified damages, Fish has named Perry, concert promoter Live Nation, and several production companies as defendants.
