Rap star Kodak Black has been indicted by a grand jury in South Carolina on charges of first degree criminal sexual misconduct.
Black, whose real name is Dieuson Octave, is accused of assaulting a teenage girl at a hotel following a performance last November at the Treasure City Entertainment Complex in Florence, SC.
The alleged victim reported an assault to her school’s nurse, who notified police.

TMZ reported that the girl claimed Black pushed her into a wall and onto a bed, bit her neck and breast, and then forcibly had sex with her.
Black, 20, was arrested and released on a $100,000 U.S. bond.
The rapper faces up to 30 years in prison if convicted.
Black has a long history of criminal charges, including robbery, battery, false imprisonment, possession of marijuana, possession of a weapon, fleeing law enforcement.
His Project Baby tour kicks off Oct. 21 in California.
