Lady Gaga lit up the California desert on Saturday night — and debuted her new single, “The Cure.”
The pop superstar headlined during the first weekend of the Coachella music festival, where she filled in for pregnant Beyoncé.
“Did you find someone you want to sleep with yet?,” she asked people in the huge crowd.
Backed by dancers, pyrotechnics and giant video screens, Gaga ran through 20 tracks during her 90-minute set, including hits like “Just Dance,” “Born This Way” and “Poker Face.” She also did material from her most recent album, Joanne, including “John Wayne,” “A-Yo” and an EDM version of “Million Reasons.”

One of the highlights was a stripped-down medley of “Edge of Glory,” “Speechless” and “You & I.” That came after Gaga debuted “The Cure.”
Gaga told the crowd: “I love you guys so much. I have been through so much in my life and I’ve seen so much and you cure me every time with your love.”
