Metallica has shared a previously unheard live version of their classic “For Whom The Bell Tolls.”
The band posted audio of the performance on Tuesday.
It was recorded on Aug. 3, 1986 at Hampton Coliseum in Virginia during the final show of Ozzy Osbourne’s Ultimate Sin tour.
John Marshall played rhythm guitar because frontman James Hetfield was nursing a broken arm at the time.
The recording will be included on Metallica’s upcoming remastered deluxe box set of Master of Puppets, out Nov. 10.
