Louis Tomlinson was told Wednesday he’ll have to wait a bit longer to find out if he will be charged for an alleged assault at an airport in early March.
Prosecutors said they are still reviewing the case.
The One Direction singer was arrested on March 3 at LAX after he was involved in an altercation with paparazzo Karl Larsen, who claims he struck is head when he was pulled to the floor, in the baggage claim area.
Tomlinson is also accused of trying to take the mobile phone of Ana Becerra Herrera, who was recording a confrontation with Tomlinson’s girlfriend Eleanor Calder.
Tomlinson, who was returning from Las Vegas with Calder, was released on $20,000 USD bail and a court date was set for March 29.
Following the brouhaha, the 1D star’s lawyer Martin Singer said the paparazzi “provoked and caused the altercation” and that three others were “attacking” Calder and “he came to her defence.”
According to police reports, the "Drag Me Down" singer admitted to getting into an altercation with Larsen. “I may have taken him down,” Tomlinson reportedly told officers, who noted “fresh abrasions” on his knuckles.
