Sean Combs Slapped With Sexual Harassment Lawsuit
Diddy or didn’t he?
Sean Combs has been accused by his former chef of repeatedly exposing himself to her.
Cindy Rueda filed a lawsuit in a California court on Monday alleging sexual harassment and failing to prevent harassment.
According to the complaint, Combs regularly summoned Rueda “to prepare and serve entrees and appetizers to him and his guests while [he] and/or his guests were engaged in or immediately following sexual activity.”
She claims on one at least occasion, Combs “was naked and made comments about his body” and asked Rueda if she was “attracted to or liked his naked body.”
Combs, 47, is the father of six.
The lawsuit alleges a male house guest walked into the kitchen nude and asked Rueda “to look at and admire his genitals after he had engaged in sexual activity with another house guest.”
Rueda is also suing for retaliation, defamation, intentional inflection of emotional distress an failure to pay overtime. Hired in 2015, she claims she worked long hours for only $150 U.S. a day and was required to travel with Combs without additional compensation.
She was accused of stealing a watch and fired in May 2016. Rueda claims Combs’ housekeeper gave her the watch after salvaging it from the trash.
None of the allegations have been proven in court.
A rep for Combs told Variety the lawsuit is “frivolous” and described Rueda as a “disgruntled ex-employee who was fired for cause.”
