Taylor Swift's house is officially a part of history. The Beverly Hills city council this week declared the singer's home an historic city landmark, and it has nothing to do with the Grammy-winning pop star. The mansion Swift bought in 2015 is known as the Samuel Goldwyn Estate. It was owned by the legendary Hollywood studio boss who founded what became MGM.
Swift reportedly paid $25 million for the 11,000 square foot home that was built in 1934.
