Taylor Swift’s ‘Reputation’ Sells Over 700k Copies On 1st Day
Taylor Swift’s latest Reputation has reportedly sold over 700,000 copies in the U.S. on its first day of release.
The album was officially released at midnight on Nov. 10. According to chart predictors, it is on track to earn the 27-year-old pop star her largest sales week yet, thanks in large part to all of the positive reviews and hype since the release.
If Reputation sells over a million copies by Nov. 16, this will be Swift’s fourth album reaching a million-selling week and could end up being 2017’s highest selling record in a week.
Her previous 2014 album, 1989, earned sales of 1.29 million copies in its first week’s debut.
Reputation is also predicted to earn Swift her fifth consecutive album debuting at No. 1 on the Billboard charts.
