A model-actor who appeared in Katy Perry’s video for “Teenage Dream” has come forward with an allegation of sexual assault against the pop star.
Josh Kloss claimed this week that Perry exposed his penis to a group of people at a birthday party for her costume designer Johnny Wujek.
“I brought a friend who was dying to meet her,” Kloss recalled in one of several Instagram posts. “When I saw her, we hugged … But as I turned to introduce my friend, she pulled my Adidas sweats and underwear out as far as she could to show a couple of her guy friends and the crowd around us, my penis.
“Can you imagine how pathetic and embarrassed I felt?”
In another post, Kloss said he was “treated like a prostitute and exposed in front of a group of her friends and other random people.”
Kloss said he decided to go public with his allegation now “because our culture is set on proving men of power are perverse. But females with power are just as disgusting.”
He added: “F**k this, I’m not helping her bs image another second.”

Kloss was 29 when he and Perry shot the “Teenage Dream” video in Santa Barbara – which he called “one of the most confusing, assaulting, and belittling jobs I’ve ever done.” He said he was paid about $650 U.S.
“She was cool and kind. When other people were around she was cold as ice even called the act of kissing me ‘gross’ to the entire set while filming,” Kloss recalled. “Now I was pretty embarrassed but kept giving my all, as my ex was busy cheating on me and my daughter was just a toddler, I knew I had to endure for her sake.”
Kloss shared what he claimed to be notes from Perry’s reps about his answers to media questions about the music video at the time.
“I was supposed to minimize myself and stay PC to protect her ‘image,’” he explained. “I listened and was a good boy. The fear sticks with you, when you are censored to protect someone else’s image.”
Kloss insisted he isn’t looking for fame or cash. “I am putting us both out on display to increase and enlighten everyone,” he wrote. “Now is the time to let it out and let it go. Not one more day of hearing ‘How was Katy Perry?’”
By Monday night, there had been no reaction from Perry or her reps to Kloss’ allegations. On Sunday, she tweeted: “Can’t we all just be kind and good? Why is that so hard?”
Last year, the singer came under fire for kissing 19-year-old Benjamin Glaze, who was auditioning for American Idol, on the mouth. He later told The New York Times the kiss made him feel “uncomfortable” but said he didn’t feel sexually harassed.
