WATCH: Classified Debuts 'She Ain't Gotta Do Much' Video
Classified is taking the wraps off the video for his track “She Ain’t Gotta Do Much."
The song is from the Canadian rapper’s EP Tomorrow Could Be…, which drops June 29, and follows “Powerless” and “Changes.”
“I wanted to do something more lighthearted, something fun,” Classified explained on Facebook. “Representing for the girls who don’t have to try too hard but get noticed for being themselves.”
Collaborating with Elijah Will, he came up with a sound that “reminded me of some old dirty hip hop mixed with a disco vibe.”
The official video follows a dance compilation video for the song that Classified shared late last month.
The 40-year-old Nova Scotia native has released 15 studio albums since 1995 and has earned five MMVAs, three East Coast Music Awards, and a Juno.
