Janelle Monáe is back in a big way.
The singer debuted two singles on Thursday – “Make Me Feel” and “Django Jane” – from her forthcoming third solo album, Dirty Computer.
The video for “Make Me Feel,” directed by Alan Ferguson, celebrates the ‘80s music and dance revolution while the “Django Jane” video, directed by Andrew Donoho and Chuck Lightning (with footage helmed by Lacey Duke) celebrates powerful black women.
The album is now available for pre-order and will be out on April 27. Monáe will also release a narrative film to accompany the album.
