There was a time when getting an invite to the Playboy mansion was a bucket list item for many young Hollywood stars (or wannabes). But getting to film a music video on the grounds and snagging a cameo from Hugh Hefner himself? Get out!
Weezer are well aware that they captured some special mansion magic in their 2005 "Beverly Hills" video, so on Thursday the group paid tribute to Hef, who died on Sept. 27 at the age of 91.
In a sweet photo montage posted on Twitter, the band wrote, "Thanks for taking our phone call, Hef! R.I.P. to one of the more unlikely guest stars in a weezer video ever. #beverlyhills."
