What You Need To Know About Taylor Swift's Hot Dancer
If you’ve seen Taylor Swift live in concert, you have probably seen Giuseppe Giofrè. The muscular brown-eyed dancer has caught the eye of many girls (and a fair number of guys) on several Swift tours, including last year's reputation stadium run.
Now, you can Netflix-and-chill with the hunky Italian dancer thanks to the new special Taylor Swift: reputation Stadium Tour.
So, who exactly is Giofrè (besides your future husband)? He’s a 6-foot tall multi-talented performer who likes fitness, pop music, dogs, and manscaping.
Here’s everything – well, almost everything – you need to know about Swift’s sexy dancer. Are you ready for it?
His birthday’s coming up
Giofrè celebrates his 26th birthday on Jan. 10.
He’s a small-town boy
Giofrè was born in Gioia Tauro, a town of 20,000 in Reggio Calabria in Italy. He moved to Los Angeles in 2014 after signing with the MSA talent agency.
You’ve seen him on TV before
Giofrè danced behind Camila Cabello on the 2017 Billboard Music Awards, for Nicki Minaj on the 2016 MTV Video Music Awards, and behind Nick Jonas on a 2016 episode of The Late Late Show with James Corden.
He’s been in a lot of music videos
Giofrè’s credits include Taylor Swift’s videos for “Ready For It” and “Look What You Made Me Do” as well as videos for Kelly Clarkson (“Love So Soft”), and Carrie Underwood (“Something In The Water”).
He likes to keep active
Giofrè is into fitness and enjoys yoga, running/hiking, volleyball, basketball, swimming and rollerblading.
Giofrè speaks Italian and English.
He’s a fan of manscaping
Giofrè frequently shows off his smooth torso on Instagram but he’s actually a hairy hunk. He likes to keep his chest, stomach, armpits and… we’re guessing a lot more… nicely shorn.
He’s got body ink
Giofrè has the words “never stop dreaming” tattooed on his right shoulder and lyrics from the Britney Spears song “Circus” (“I feel the adrenaline moving through my veins / Spotlight on me and I'm ready to break”) on his right ribcage, with stars. He also has some ink on his left arm, including a stick figure in red shorts.
He also sings
Giofrè released Call On Me, an EP of dance pop, in 2013.
He's on social media
He loves love
Among his Instagram posts, Giofrè has shared pics of he and his sister and he and his mom. He's also not afraid to get close with his male friends, like in a photo with dancer Stefano De Martino that he captioned: "Let's take each other's hands.” In another post, Giofrè sported a T-shirt that reads “Love has no gender.”
You’ll see him in Vegas soon
Giofrè will be a dancer in Britney Spears’ new Las Vegas residency, Domination, beginning Feb. 13 at the Park Theatre in Park MGM.
