Another brazen downtown shooting

It's another example of brazen violence in downtown Toronto.

This time it was in the area of King and Portland, just before 3 o'clock in the morning, when up to jsix people got into a dispute.

Toronto Police say one of the men grabbed a gun and started shooting. Firing as many as nine shots, hitting another man in the hip.

The suspect then took off.

Officer say they don't have a description of the suspect, but do indicated he's believed to be armed and dangerous.

They're putting out a call for anyone who may have information to contact them.
