Police say a bystander spotted the body in the water on Saturday around 12:30 p.m.

Police say the marine unit pulled the deceased man from the lake.

Police have not released any other information about the man's identity.

But Toronto Police have confirmed to NEWSTALK1010 that the victim is NOT a missing Ajax man, who was reported missing near Rotary Park on the Ajax waterfront Thursday afternoon.
