Brampton teacher facing new charges after second student comes forward
Police say they're investigating a teacher who has worked at several high schools throughout Peel Region for more than 25 years.
Police say 53-year-old Richard Knill of Milton, Ont., is facing one charge of sexual assault and two counts of sexual exploitation.
At least some of those counts are related to an alleged historic sexual assault at Bramalea Secondary School where police say Knill taught from 1993 to 2002.
They say other schools he's worked at include Medowville Secondary School from 1991 to 1993, Chinguacousy Secondary School from 2002 to 2004 and Turner Fenton Secondary School from 2004 to present.
They say the investigation is ongoing and are urging anyone with information to come forward.
