Durham Regional Police look to identify man accused of threatening an 11-year-old boy
Durham Regional Police are trying to identify a man who yelled anti-Muslim comments and threats at an 11-year-old boy who was playing during recess at his school in Oshawa.
Police say on March 2, 2017 around 10:20 a.m. the man appraoched the school yard at Woodcrest Public School and shouted at the 11-year-old. The student, who is a Muslim, reported the incident to school officials who called the police to investigate.
The suspect is described as a man, between 30 and 40-years-old, and 6 feet tall. He was wearing a black sweater, black pants and a ski mask hiding his identity.
