Father of Tori Stafford leading a rally in Ottawa to have daughter's killer sent back to prison

The father of  murdered 8-year-old, isn't giving up on trying to change the mind of the government.

One of Tori Stafford's killers, Terri-Lynne McClintic, has been moved from a maximum security prison to a healing lodge, to serve the rest of her time.

Rodney Stafford is leading a rally on Parliament Hill, calling for the notorious killer to be sent back to serve hard time.

The federal government has already asked officials to review the transfer, with the recommendations expected back in a few days.

Public Safety Minister Ralph Goodale says he expects there will be what he describes as ``significant'' recommendations in the report.
