Latest polling looks good for Tory

We are heading into the last weekend of the campaign.

Monday is the day you can cast your vote for mayor and city council and the results of the latest polling suggest Mayor John Tory can relax this weekend.

New numbers from Dart Insight and Communications show 57 percent think Tory deserves to be re-elected.

In a head-to-head race with his chief rival, Jennifer Keesmaat, almost two thirds say they'd vote for Tory.

The poll, conducted for the Toronto Sun and National Post, also found 59 percent of Torontonians believe the city is on the right track.

Make sure to tune in to NEWSTALK 1010 Monday night for full election coverage.

The polls are open from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m.
