Man arrested in apparently random stabbing

Toronto Police say they've made an arrest in the stabbing of a man near Yonge and Eglinton just over a week ago.

On Friday June 29th, police were called to a stabbing at commercial building.

They say a man, unknown to the victim, began an unprovoked argument.

It wasn't long before police say the suspect pulled out a knife and stabbed the victim three times.

23-year-old Andrew Senechal was arrested on Friday. He's charged with Aggravated Assault, Possession of a Weapon dangerous to the public peace and Theft under $5000.
