'Spring forward' by setting your clocks on Sunday

There's good news and bad news when it comes to the "spring forward" daylight saving time, we get more light in the evening, but lose an hour of sleep to gain it.

Clocks move ahead one hour at 2 a.m. Sunday for the annual time change, so it's a good idea to change the clock before going to bed Saturday.

Public safety officials also say this is a good time to replace the batteries in smoke and carbon monoxide detectors.
