Superintendent at two Weston apartment buildings accused of soliciting sex from residents

Toronto Police have arrested a man they say was soliciting sex from residents of two apartment buildings where he was the superintendent.

Police say 34-year-old Thivakaran Yogeswaran was allegedly soliciting sex from people who lived in the apartment buildings in the Lawrence Avenue and Weston Road area, victims range in age from minors to adults.

Yogeswaran faces fives counts of sexual assault, one count each of sexual interference, invitation to sexual touching and sexaul assault to person under the age of 16.

He has been superintendent of the buildings at 2089 Lawrence Avenue West and 2099 Lawrence Avenue West since 2012.

Anyone with information about this case is asked to call police or Crime Stoppers.
