Three hurt in Queen Street shooting

A major Toronto street is shut down and police are searching for evidence after what appears to have been some kind of shootout.

Police were called just after 2:30 a.m. Monday to the Queen and Dovercourt area for the sound of gunshots.

They found three people hit by bullets.

Paramedics tell NEWSTALK 1010 all three are expected to survive.

So far, there's no information on suspects, or what may have led to the shooting.

Queen is closed between Ossington and Dovercourt for the investigation.
