Toronto police arrest man for holding women against their will

A Toronto man has been arrested twice in less than a week, accused of forcibly confining women in an apartment.

Last Friday police were called to an apartment in the area of Sherbourne and Wellesley and found a woman inside being held against her will.

59-year-old Wallace Walter Pleasant was found by the cops a short time later and charged with forcible confinement and sexual assault.

He was released by a judge the next day.

Yesterday, police were called to the same apartmentand found another woman being held against her will.

Pleasant was arrested again and charged with forcible confinement, two counts of assault, and assault causing bodily harm.
