Toronto police won’t be issuing tickets for some street parking bylaws on Labour Day Monday

Toronto Police are giving those parking in the city on Labour Day a break.

They will not be issuing tickets for some street parking bylaws including pay and display and metered areas, rush-hour routes and bylaws normally enforced on streets Monday to Friday.

However, all other parking offences such as no standing and parking in front of a fire hydrant will still get you a ticket.
