Toronto special constable wanted on rape allegation arrested in US
A special constable with Toronto's social housing agency has been arrested at the airport in Atlanta.
The allegations are 34-year old Jordan Doswell raped a woman in West Virginia.
The accusations date back to last September.
Authorities declared Doswell a 'fugitive' on Sunday and arrested later that day by Atlanta police.
Doswell is still in jail waiting to be sent back to West Virginia.
Toronto Community Housing says it is still gathering information on Doswell's case.
Officials will not comment on Doswell's on-the-job status.
