Toronto taekwondo coach charged with sexual assault

A 44-year-old taekwondo coach from Woodbridge, who was training students in the Ossington and Bloor West area, has been charged with several counts of sexual assault.

Toronto Police say the alleged assaults happened between 2015 and 2017, involving a girl who was a teenager at the time.

Shin Wook Lim has been arrested and is now facing a list of charges that include six counts of sexual assault, five of sexual exploitation, invitation to sexual touching and sexual interference.

The investigation remains open and police would like to hear from anyone who may have more information.
