Body found in Mississauga that of missing 43-year-old
Peel Regional Police say they are now treating the death of a woman found in Mississauga, as suspicious.
The body of 43-year-old Cheryl Mcvarish was found on Monday morning in the driveway of a home near Lakeshore and Westmount Avenue.
Police aren't saying how long the body had been there or if it showed obvious signs of trauma.
What we do know, is that Mcvarish had been missing for a week, and the body was found in the same neighbourhood as she lived.
Cops say they don't believe there is a risk to public safety.
