Business as Usual at Fellowes High School Following Investigation by OPP Crime Unit
There is no further threat to any student at Fellowes High School, following an incident involving the social media app Instagram.
The Renfrew County District School Board says it will be business as usual for students and staff today.
An investigation was launched Tuesday after a student received a threat through the social media app, Instagram.
The Crime Unit of the OPP identified the source of the online threat and they met and spoke with that student. It was determined there is no threat to students or staff.
There was an increased police presence at the school yesterday while the investigation was going.
