Chief of Defence Staff, General Jonathan Vance, reminisced about the CANEX yesterday at Garrison Petawawa, while marking the retail chains 50th Anniversary.
General Vance talked about being a military kid growing up in Europe grocery shopping at a CANEX, to being a bag boy as a teenager, and then shopping there as an adult.
