Construction Company Charged in Petawawa Man's Death Back in Court
The Ontario Ministry of Labour hearing in the death of Petawawa's Ethan Allard will get back underway today in a Toronto court room.
The case had been put over from March when Torrent Shotcrete Canada Ltd, lawyers asked for more time to prepare for the case.
Allard was working for the company when he was killed after getting tangled in a concrete hopper at a construction site in Toronto on January 16th, 2017.
The company is facing several charges in relation to Allard's death.
