Hearing Delayed Into Company Charged in Petawawa Man's Death.
The Ministry of Labour hearing into the death of Petawawa's Ethan Allard has been delayed.
The 24 year old died a year ago when he was working on a jobsite in Toronto and was tangled in a concrete hopper. He was working for Torrent Shotcrete Canada Ltd at the time. Following an investigation the Ontario Ministry of Labour laid several charges against the company in connection with Allards dead.
The company was in court March 1st and their lawyers requested more time to gather information, the hearing has now been delayed until May 3rd.
