Laurentian Valley Now Has A Catch The Ace

Laurentian Valley now has its own local version of Catch The Ace.

The lottery is being looked after by Alice & Fraser Minor Sports, and Alice & Fraser Rec Centre, which will split the proceeds.

Township Councillor Chris Pleau says it’s great to bring the excitement that’s been sweeping the valley and the province even closer to home.

"It's amazing what they've done in Deep River, Sault Ste. Marie had a giant one as well", Pleau told Star 96.7.

"Ours is a rather lower-scale one, but it's all going back into the community, which is good news", he added.

The Alice & Fraser edition will have a limited number of tickets each week, which will go on sale starting today.

Draws will be held Thursday nights and ticket locations can be found on the Alice & Fraser Minor Sports Association Facebook page:

The legion branches in Petawawa and Pembroke are also holding Catch The Ace draws.
