A man from Calgary has died while canoeing on Little Lake in Head, Clara and Maria Township.
The Upper Ottawa Valley OPP is currently engaged in a non-criminal death investigation. Yesterday at 12:30 in the afternoon officers responded to Little Lake after a canoe carrying two men and a dog, tipped and took on water. A 56-year-old man from Ottawa and the dog made it to shore safely. The second man, 83-year-old Merlin Bergeron of Calgary, AB, failed to make it to shore and died at the scene. His body was recovered by police. Both men and the dog were wearing life jackets.
A post-mortem has been ordered to determine the cause of death. The death has been deemed non-suspicious.
A man went to Ripley's Aquarium in TO, undressed and then jumped in the water to swim with the sharks. The best part of this story? He managed to get out of the tank and flee before the police showed up!
New Yorkers don't have a reputation for being polite and friendly. Here's why! Omg!
What is funnier? The body language of this man when he realizes what will be demonstrated or the music that has been added to the video?
