Pembroke Man Caught Shoplifting at Walmart

A Pembroke man is facing charges after allegedly shoplifting at Walmart in the Laurentian Valley.

On September 7th, the Upper Ottawa Valley OPP detachment was called about a shoplifter in action. A known man was seen exiting the store with grocery items that he did not pay for. 54 year old Donald Kingsbury left the scene on a bicycle and was arrested a short distance away from the store. He was also wanted in relation to two other shoplifting incidents.

Kingsbury is charged with Theft Under $5,000, Possession of Property Obtained by Crime and Failing to Comply with Probation.
