Pembroke Man Charged In Crash From Last Summer
A Pembroke man is now facing an impaired driving charge in a collision that happned on Round Lake Road last summer.
It was back on July 11th, early in the morning, when a passenger vehicle and a water tanker truck collided on Round Lake Road between Borne Road and Rahns Road in Laurentian Valley.
Both drivers recieved serious injuries.
The OPP say the driver of the passenger vehicle, 37 year old Daniel Edward Wice of Pembroke, was arrested in January.
Police say Wice has now been charged with impaired driving, dangerous driving causing bodily harm, and having a blood alcohol level of more than 80mg.
He is scheduled to appear in court tomorrow (February 5).
