Pembroke Man Wanted by Police Finally Arrested

The Community Street Crime Unit of the Upper Ottawa Valley Detachment of the OPP recently arrested a wanted Pembroke man.

On November 1, 39 year old Dion Ranger was arrested after being wanted on a Bench Warrant in relation to drug and weapons charges stemming from an incident in Pembroke back in May.

Community Street Crime Unit members found, Ranger, on Miller Street in Pembroke, he originally fled from Police but was found a short time later at a nearby home.

The 39 year old is facing a slew of Drugs Charges and Criminal Code charges including; possession of a controlled substance and, possession of a weapon for a dangerous purpose among others. He remains in custody pending his next court appearance November 7th.
