Petawawa Man Surrenders to Police Following 4 Hour Stand-Off
A Petawawa man safely surrendered himself to police Sunday following 4 hours of negotiation.
The Upper Ottawa Valley OPP responded to a barricaded person call and the Emergency Response Team were deployed and the area in question was contained.
A member from the East Region Crisis Negotiation Team was also on scene.
After approximately four hours a 54 year old man exited the house and was taken into custody without incident.
Investigation on going an no further details have been released at this time.
