Police Issue New Appeal For Missing Petawawa Teen

Petawawa Military Police are renewing their call for leads in the search for a missing teenage girl.

16 year old Trinity Poil has been missing since February 13th, when it’s believed she left her home in the Cleve Avenue and Paardeburg Boulevard area of the north side of Garrison Petawawa.

A news release issued early Friday morning says police are concerned about her disappearance and are appealing to the public.

Specifically, they’d like to hear from anyone who may have been in the Cleve Avenue – Paardeburg Boulevard area between 4 a.m. and 6 a.m. on February 13, and who may have seen any pedestrians or vehicle traffic in that area at that time.

They’re asking people who may have any information to reach out to Petawawa Military Police at (613) 687-5511 ext. 5444.

Previous foot searches in the Petawawa area have turned up no clues, and Trinity's family and concerned community members have been sharing posters and bumper magnets, in an attempt to draw attention to the case.

Trinity Poil is described as 6' 4" tall, weighing 240 pounds, with brown hair and hazel eyes.

She was last seen wearing a black jacket with purple lining, a black toque with cat ears, and grey boots with fur.
