Two Pembroke Residents Facing Drug Related Charges

Two Pembroke men are facing drug related charges.

Yesterday members of the Upper Ottawa Valley Ontario Provincial Police, Community Street Crime Unit, and Emergency Response Team, executed a Controlled Drugs and Substances Act search warrant at a home in the City of Pembroke. A quantity of marihuana and marihuana plants were seized and as a result of the investigation two Pembroke residents were arrested and charged.

49-year-old Mark Anthony LULOFF and 56-year-old Christopher MARCHAND are each charged with the following CDSA offences:

•       Produce a Schedule II substance - cannabis marihuana

•       Possession of a Schedule II substance - cannabis marihuana over 30 grams

Both men were released on a promise to appear and are schedule to attend court on October 9, 2018 at the Ontario Court of Justice in Pembroke.
