Housing Assessments for 2019

Property values in the Okanagan continue to climb.  Homeowners will soon receive their 2019 home evaluations in the mail from BC Assessment.  The majority in the Okanagan can expect a +5% to +15% increase. The average in Vernon is 8%, with Spallumcheen seeing the biggest increase at 18%.

The most expensive property in the Okanagan is on Hobson Road in Kelowna is assessed at $10,553,000.


A couple of Coldstream properties are still in the top 50:
 #39  Coldstream Creek Road is at $6,177,000
#41   Kalavista Drive is assessed at $6,080,000

The priciest property in BC is on Point Grey Road in Vancouver, which is assessed at  $73,120,000.
