RCMP seek public's help after parking lot shooting

Police in Penticton are asking for the public's help after a shooting at a social housing complex.

RCMP Corporal Dan Moskaluk says three people walked into the parking area of Fairhaven House on Skaha Lake Road on the evening of November 6th and approached the door of one of the units.

Shots were fired in the direction of the unit and towards the parking lot.

Moskaluk says noone was hurt but police are looking for help in identifying two of the suspects.

They're looking for a man wearing a light colored ski jacket, dark pants and shoes wearing a black ball cap, and a woman wearing a dark colored hooded jacket, light colored pants and shoes carrying a rectangle backpack.

It is believed that a number of individuals would have witnessed this incident and are asked to contact police.
