Snowfall Warning Changed

An incoming Pacific Front has shifted - ending warnings for the North Okanagan - but has Environment Canada has continued a Snowfall Warning for the south and central Okanagan including Kelowna and Penticton. 

Meteorologist Cindy Yu says the snow is expected to begin Thursday and continue Thursday night.  The snowfall warning also includes the Okanagan Connector from Kelowna to Merritt, the Coquihalla from Merritt to Hope and for Highway 3 - Hope to Princeton through the Allison Pass.  Up to 15 cms of snow is expected, creating poor driving conditions. 

The North Okanagan is only expecting  2 to 4 cm, with another  2 cm Thursday night.
