A big storm is brewing up and down the Okanagan this weekend.
Environment Canada has issued a special weather statement, calling for cool temperatures and rain in the valley, with possible snow up high.
Meterologist Doug Lundquist says with the lake level still above full pool, strong winds could be the main contributor to potential flooding.
Lundquist says any snow making its way onto the mountain pass highways will most likely melt quickly.
Heavy winds are expected to start Friday, with the potential for thunderstorms coming on Saturday and Sunday.
