Maple Bacon Apple Pork Tenderloin

Ingredients:
- maple Bacon Pork Tenderloin (2-4) purchased at Butcher Boys meat counter
- apples slice medium slices
- yellow and orange peppers sliced medium
- chives diced -basmati rice -parsley rough chopped

Directions
- cut thin slices in your pork tenderloin all the way down the Tenderloin
- put cut apple slices in the cuts you put in the pork. 
- put your pork in a large oven dish
- spread out your peppers and extra apples around the pork and chives as well
- bake your Pork at 350 for 25-30 mins
- cook your rice
- separate your peppers and apples out of the dish and set a side and cover your Pork with Tin foil and let it rest for 10 minutes
- plate your food so it is appealing to eat, I recommend keeping everything separate on the plate
