Mexican Chicken Salad

Chicken Ingredients:
- 6 chicken breasts, cubed
- 1 can Okanagan Springs Pale Ale
- 2 or 3 tbsp honey
- 2 tbsp chili powder
- 3 large cloves garlic, crushed
- 1 tbsp onion powder
- 1 tsp oregano
- 1/2 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp white pepper
- zest and juice from 1 lime

Salad ingredients:
- 1/2 cup peas
- head of lettuce cut up
- orange pepper diced
- red pepper
- 2 avocado diced
- purple onion diced
- 1/2 cup of diced parsley
- cilantro diced
- 2 celery stocks diced
- 2 limes diced
- crushed nacho chips
- ranch dressing 

Directions for chicken:
- put all the ingredients for the chicken in a deep bowl, and let marinate for 1 hour, take the cube chicken and put on skewers and let it sit in the marinade
- take the chicken out and grill till done 

Directions for Salad:
- put all the ingredients in a bowl and toss and when you plate the salad top the plate with crushed nachos and the avocado and lime wedges and drizzle with the ranch dressing!
