Pizza Meatballs

Pizza Meatballs

- 1.5 pounds extra lean ground beef
- 2 stocks diced celery
- 1 red pepper diced
- 1 small onion diced
- 1 egg
- 3/4 cup of bread crumbs
- salt and pepper to taste ( small amount of salt )
- 2 tbsp of diced parsley
- mozzarella shredded
- back bacon cooked 
- pizza dough
- spaghetti sauce


- mix all the top ingredients together and make into meatballs (medium size). Bake at 320 degrees for 30 min or till cooked through. Drain off grease off and let cool on drying rack. 

Pizza dough
- roll out your pizza dough and put a Meatball in the corner on top of a good portion of mozzarella and back bacon topped with sauce
- wrap the top of the Meatball with pizza dough, (like a pizza pocket)
- bake at 410 till golden brown, and before you take them out top with more cheese 

Plate the pizza Meatball in the centre of the plate and put sauce all around it with diced parsley.
