Spicy Chicken Schnitzel Parmesan Over Pasta and Marinara Sauce 

Ingredients:
- 4 skinless chicken breasts
- 3 tablespoons of milk
- 3 eggs
- 2 or more cups of bread crumbs
- 1/2 tablespoon pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup flour
- parsley diced
- 1 to 2 cups of canola vegetable oil
- 1 box of spaghetti
- favourite marinara sauce
- mozzarella jalapeño cheese sliced
- fresh sliced tomatoes


Directions:
- blend eggs and milk together in a large bowl
- place flour on a plate
- place bread crumbs combined with salt and pepper on a plate
- place parchment paper down on a cutting board and place breast of chicken in the middle, cover with another sheet of parchment paper and pound it till thin (careful not to thin it will fall a part)
- heat marinara sauce and have ready
- boil water for spaghetti and cook
- dip chicken breasts in the flour
- then dip into egg wash
- then into the bread crumb mixture
- heat oil but not to hot, enough to fry schnitzel crispy (don't want oil to burn)
- fry on each side for 3 mins and then set on a cookie rack and then top with a couple slices of tomatoes and then jalapeño cheese on top of that and put in the oven at 400 till cheese is melted
- put a bed of spaghetti down, top with marinara sauce and then topped with chicken schnitzel with cheese (add extra sauce in top if you want)
- sprinkle with parsley and serve
